Administered two highly-customized, multi-catalog DAM / publishing systems, including the management and development of metadata cataloging and consistency, taxonomy, user permissions, workflows, and archiving policy.

Oversaw version upgrades for both systems on a company wide scale. Monitored and programmed DAM system automation, including the creation of cataloging hot folders, reports, and archive processing.

Implemented a new, more effective archiving strategy, archiving or deleting 150,000 assets at EOY 2019, and identified an additional 97,000 archiving targets for 2020. In conjunction with the IT and Production teams, spearheaded development of DAM-related databases, workflows, and application software, including a relational UID database for cross-departmental use and reference.

Implemented a training program for new and existing users, cultivated cross- departmental conversations, and broadly advocated for DAM best practices and education.
